When you receive services from A Caring Alternative, you have certain RIGHTS and responsibilities.  One of these RIGHTS is that you be informed of your RIGHTS upon initiation of services. You are requested to please read (or have read to you) these RIGHTS and ask any questions you may have. The information below will tell you about your RIGHTS and responsibilities and what to do if you have questions or problems. You will also be asked to sign a form stating you have been informed of your RIGHTS.
