Fred Nirde'

Mr. Nirdé has had a long and distinguished career in behavioral health services as both an administrator/manager and financial leader. Currently serving as ACA’s chief financial officer, he has played a similar role at Vaya Health in NC and the Division of Mental Health, Illinois Department of Human Services. He has experience as a COO and CEO of both a psychiatric hospital and comprehensive behavioral health community organization. Trained as both a licensed clinical social worker and a certified public accountant, Mr. Nirdé experiences spans both clinical and human services/health care management in government, not-for-profit organizations, and the private sector. His blended experiences provide a unique perspective in service provision to people with psychiatric and developmental disabilities.
